How We Built InventoryPro

2018: The Idea

It all started with personal pain - after moving offices, our team lost several boxes with important equipment. That's when the idea was born to create a system that would help never lose your items.

2019: First Failures

Our first version worked terribly. The database crashed with just 10 users, QR codes wouldn't scan in poor lighting, and the interface was so complicated that even we got confused with the features.

2020: Technical Breakthrough

We completely rewrote the system architecture, switched to microservices, and implemented computer vision algorithms for item recognition. This required 6 months of 16-hour workdays, but the result was worth it.

2022: First Customers

After 3 years of development, we finally launched the beta version. Our first customers were local small businesses. Their feedback helped us make the interface truly user-friendly.
